{"id":2003,"date":"2023-07-08T15:59:20","date_gmt":"2023-07-08T06:59:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/malutpintar.com\/?p=2003"},"modified":"2023-07-08T16:01:37","modified_gmt":"2023-07-08T07:01:37","slug":"nckl-nilai-smelter-hpal-miliknya-gunakan-teknologi-green-energy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/malutpintar.com\/index.php\/2023\/07\/08\/nckl-nilai-smelter-hpal-miliknya-gunakan-teknologi-green-energy\/","title":{"rendered":"NCKL Nilai Smelter HPAL Miliknya Gunakan Teknologi Green Energy"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>NIKEL.CO.ID, 3 Juli 2023<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 Direktur Utama PT Trimegah Bangun Persada (PT TBP) NCKL, Roy Arman Arfandy, mengungkapkan, NCKL telah menggunakan&nbsp;<em>green energy<\/em>&nbsp;(energi hijau) untuk pabrik smelter dalam pengolahan nikel sulfat dengan teknologi&nbsp;<em>high pressure acid leach<\/em>&nbsp;(HPAL) yang merupakan bahan baku untuk pembuatan baterai kendaraan listrik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cUntuk&nbsp;<em>green tecnology<\/em>, saya kira teknologi kami, penggunaan untuk proses pembuatan bahan baku baterai mobil listrik itu termasuk salah satu teknologi yang prosesnya cukup&nbsp;<em>green<\/em>,\u201d kata Roy dalam konferensi pers RUPTS NCKL yang diikuti&nbsp;<em>nikel.co.id<\/em>, baru-baru ini di Jakarta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Menurutnya, pabrik smelter PT TBP atau Harita Nickel dengan kode saham NCKL dahulunya menggunakan teknologi&nbsp;<em>rotary kiln electric furnace<\/em>&nbsp;(RKEF) untuk mengolah bijih nikel kelas satu menjadi feronikel sebagai bahan baku pelapis baja anti karat&nbsp;<em>(stainless steel)<\/em>. Penggunaan teknologi RKEF dinilai lebih banyak mengeluarkan karbon dan belum ramah lingkungan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cTeknologi HPAL itu adalah teknologi hidrometalurgi yang menggunakan banyak air dan tidak terlalu menggunakan banyak energi listrik dibanding proses pembuatan feronikel. Itu salah satu&nbsp;<em>effort<\/em>&nbsp;kami agar kita fokus untuk peningkatan kapasitas dan produksi MHP yang lebih&nbsp;<em>green<\/em>,\u201d jelasnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dia menuturkan, NCKL sekarang telah memanfaatkan bijih nikel kelas satu yang dulunya terbuang dengan diolah menjadi&nbsp;<em>mixed hydroxide precipitate<\/em>&nbsp;(MHP) hingga menjadi nikel sulfat untuk bahan baku baterai kendaraan listrik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cTentunya, kami mendukung produksi MHP ini agar kelak bisa menambah suplai MHP untuk pembuatan baterai mobil listrik yang juga akan&nbsp;<em>green<\/em>,\u201d tuturnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Untuk memenuhi program pemerintah dalam penggunaan teknologi hijau, ia mengungkapkan, perusahaan tambang nikelnya ini juga mulai menerapkan ESG&nbsp;<em>(enveronmental, social, and governance)<\/em>&nbsp;dan&nbsp;<em>sustainability<\/em>&nbsp;(keberlanjutan) dengan merencanakan pembangunan pembangkit listrik tenaga surya (PLTS) dengan kapasitas sebesar 300 Mega Watt (MW) yang ada di Pulau Obi, Maluku, hingga akhir 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSementara ini, kami sudah melakukan secara bertahap, walaupun belum signifikan, tapi sudah menguat. Kemudian memasang panel-panel surya di jalan di lokasi pabrik kami, di beberapa tempat di lokasi kami, dan beberapa kendaraan dinas di sana juga sudah menggunakaan motor listrik atau mobil listrik,\u201d ungkapnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Roy juga menguraikan, terkait capain investasi (capex) NCKL pada 2023 ini lebih kecil dibandingkan 2022 lalu. Realisasi investasi tahun ini hanya tercapai 60 juta saham atau Rp1 triliun. Menurutnya, hal ini disebabkan adanya percepatan pembangunan pabrik smelter dan penambahan kapasitas lini produksi selama tiga tahun terakhir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cJadi, kami ini ada sedikit penambahan di&nbsp;<em>expantion&nbsp;<\/em>untuk&nbsp;<em>equity junction<\/em>&nbsp;di perusahaan hangat,\u201d urainya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dalam pada itu, Direktur Keuangan PT TBP (NCKL), Suparsin Darmo Liwan, mengakui, untuk capek tahun 2023 ini tercapai sebesar US$60 juta atau sekitar Rp900 miliar lebih. Untuk capek pada kuartal l 2023 mencapai sekitar US$18 juta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cKurang lebih seperempat dari yang sudah direncanakan dan sebenarnya itu terbesar untuk penyelesaian fasilitas produksi RKEF di PT Halmahera Jaya Feronikel (HJF). Seperti yang kita tahu, untuk fasilitas produksi di PT HJF ini ada 8 lini produksi dan di kuartal kedua ini semua lini produksi sudah mulai berjalan.
